1. Services

Citrus Cleaning Co. provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Northern Virginia. All services are subject to availability and confirmed pricing provided before the scheduled visit. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition and size of the space.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings may be made through our website or by phone. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is based on bedroom and bathroom count and confirmed before booking. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as listed during booking.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to pre-existing damage or conditions outside our control.

5. Access & Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises at the scheduled time. Our team reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or hazardous. Pets should be secured prior to our arrival.

6. Liability

Citrus Cleaning Co. is fully insured and bonded. In the event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange repair or replacement. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items of extraordinary value not disclosed in advance.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
